The Royston was Melbourne's first craft beer only pub. With 12 craft beers on tap plus another on the traditional hand-pump, we aim for quality, not quantity. Served by staff who know and love their beer, in an atmosphere more than conducive to savouring the amber, you won't find a better craft beer experience in Melbourne.
Meanwhile our kitchen team, led by Head Chef, Rob Clark, pumps out an awesome menu of elevated pub food and our wine list is selected with care and passion.
